I don’t understand how it’s suspicious? I would like to know if my ETA case is legitimate, it has not been approved, I just would like to know if the status can be verified in the system

Hello This case is mine, my lawyer sent it to me but according to him it is for approval, I would just like to know if it is true or if he is lying to me with someone else’s case number or if it is mine, I can send the ETA that he sent me.

Hi @Business_Advice_Serv

You should select the status as ‘PENDING’. The app will check if any data from DOL is available for your case and then show you the result.

You should select ‘APPROVED’ only if you know (with 100% confidence) that it has been approved.

DOL shares the case approval data quarterly and it is updated in the app as and when DOL shares it.
