So I have a preferred name in my company. And it happens that they use this name on my pay slips. In the company’s reference letter, it was said that I was otherwise know as “preferred name”. Is this enough or must I do more to get my employment approved by ACS?
If the company document mentions both names clearly and one of them matches with passport, then you should be fine.
What if both the names are not mentioned in the payslip? Should u go for a statutory declaration in this case?
