I downloaded the e-statement and highlight the part when salary from that employer credited.

My 1st employment is 5-Sep-2013 - 17-Oct-2018

Unfortunately, I only have the following 7 payslips
i.e. - April-2018 to Oct-2018 with me.

However, I have the PF statement which I downloaded from EPFO as well as my bank statement from 2013-2020. Will these be acceptable for assessment?

Hi @Aditya_Challa

You need at-least two financial documents for each year of work experience.

I suggest to get the payslips or find any other financial document from the list shared here.

Thanks for the reply Anil. I have my bank statement and provident statement. I’m sure they will accept this. I asked my previous company payroll also. They said they no longer have access to 2013 payslips, anyways, I still have my bank statement and provident statement, so that should be enough.

Hi Anil

I got the response after submitting my response.
Insufficient payment evidence (Payslip(s) only, two types required, bank statements do not cite the employers name.
Finish date changed to date give in employment reference/statutory declaration.

Could you please let me know what the second statement is about.

Sweeya

Hi,
Bank statements have “by Salary” no employer name. What to do in this case?
I have discussed with Bank they are denying in providing the relationship with employer and saying that they can’t do much.
I have asked them to provide me the letter stating that this salary is credited by ‘x’ employer.
Employer on the other hand said they do not have old data so cant provide salary slips.

Hello Everyone,

Have anyone faced the below issue, Please advise.

I have 10+ years of experience in IT in India, Qatar and UAE. My ACS assessment result came few days back as "
Your skills have been assessed to be unsuitable for migration under ANZSCO Code 262112 (ICT Security
Specialist) due to Insufficient Payment Evidence".They accepted the experience of India where i could provide 2 salary evidences. In Dubai there is no Income tax or Superannuation applied on employee. Moreover, Banks don’t mention Employer’s name in Bank statements for Salary transfer due to some policy related to “Wages Protection System” so I only submitted whatever was possible for payment evidence such as Salary Slip, Salary Certificate, Bank Statement which only mention Salary but no Employer’s name, Ministry of Labor’s Employment contract mentioning my salary structure, a letter from my company which states that my salary is being transferred to the same account but these documents were not sufficient for Assessor. Is there anyone who faced similar issue and got some work around to successfully get positive response from ACS? Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Anil,

I got my ACS report where I could see that they have deducted 6 years of my experience. I hold a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics and work in IT. I was under the impression only 4 years would be deducted. Should I ask for a clarification? Has that happened to anyone else?

Regards,
Rashmee Lahkar

Hi All,

I have received the following in ACS skill assessment report:
Your ICT skills have been assessed as unsuitable for migration under ANZSCO Code 261111 (ICT Business Analyst).
The detail supplied in the ACS Project Report for the RPL application is insufficient to demonstrate the depth and breadth of knowledge consistent with formal tertiary studies in ICT.

They are saying not assesses due to plagiarism in RPL report…

Dates: 08/09 - 09/14 - 0 year(s) 0 month(s)
Posion: Business Analyst - Not Assessed due to plagiarism in RPL report
Employer: xxxxxxxxxxx
Country: Outside Of Australia

Hi,

Just now got this mail from ACS. I submitted Payslips(India and Saudi Arabia - all payslips), Experience Letter(given by my previous employers), and Contract Letter of a current employer(Saudi Arabia), Bank Statements(submitted for India and Saudi for all months properly didn’t miss any). I do not have any ITR or Form 16 paper to submit because am coming under the minimum income tax limit. The experience letter did not mention any roles and responsibilities. I do not know whether it may be the reason for the outcome as Negative or Payment Evidence.

They recognized my qualification both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.

Your skills have been assessed to be unsuitable for migration under ANZSCO Code 263112 (Network
Administrator).
You have been assessed as not meeting the requirements for professional information technology
experience of two (2) years in a field closely related to your nominated skilled occupation.
Your work experience has been calculated as follows on the basis of full-time employment of at least 20hrs per week:

Dates: 05/11 - 06/12 - 0 year(s) 0 month(s)
Position: … - Not Assessable Due to Insufficient Detail
Employer: … PRIVATE LIMITED
Country: OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

For all companies, they mentioned the same.

Now guys please give me a suggestion for the above one

Hi Anil,

i ve received a negative result from ACS saying,

Your application could not be assessed due to insufficient documentation. Request were made for an original colour scan of the passport. Unfortunatey no response received.

Help me

Did you not respond to ACS when the CO contacted you for color scan copy of passport?

I ve uploaded the front and back colour scan of the passport and i don’t know why it’s still says the same.

I have one more doubt … i have worked for 3 organisations and i could not submit the bank statements for one of the organisation. Will ACS certify the experience gained in the other two organisation ?

Hey anil,
I got a ACS assessment today that came negative , they have accepted my education but haven’t accepted my experience.

Hi Mayur,

I am facing the same issue and when I have applied with same statement they have given negative remarks for that period and didn’t consider it. Reason was “Not assessable due to insufficient payment evidence”. Have you applied for skill assessment? If yes then what was the outcome? How you resolve “By Salary” issue from you bank statement?

Hey all,

I am in a similar situation where I got my education and my previous job assessed by ACS positively which gives me a year of experience that I plan to claim points for. However, my current job got assessed negatively due to insufficient details.

I am not sure if I should do another skill assessment as I am only claiming points for the 1-year experience that my skill assessment states. Is the assessment used to prove current employment or do you guys think I can prove that with additional documents while applying for the visa?

Any thoughts on this are appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Team,

I have received negative result from ACS today.

They have accepted my education certificates but haven’t considered my experience in IT as a software engineer.

Below is the reason I have seen in my results letter.

Not assessable due to document guidelines not met.

What does it mean ?

Do they require additional documentation ?
Do I have to change my nominated role to different Anzsco code ?

Please suggest me the next steps on how to proceed from here.

Regards,
Krishna.

@Pranav_Chugh,

Could you please share me on how you proceeded further with this situation?

We’ve received positive skill assessments from ACS 6 times when we provided all the needed docs like Offer letter, Roles & Resp in Company letter head signed by Manager, Payslips, Tax proofs, Bank Statements etc. You may verify your docs with any proper agent and find out what went wrong.
