Address proof question

In the govt application form, if printable address is from usa, then the address is asked to given in the following format.

Address Line 1 (House No. and Street Name)
Address Line 2 (Village/Town/City etc.)
Address Line 3 (ZIP code and Country etc.)

My address proof does not have country name (USA) in it. So if I put the country name in address line 3 above, then the printable address will not match my address proof. Can this be an issue?
I checked all my documents like drivers license, utility bills, but none of them have the country name.
Please let me know.

No, it won’t be an issue. Mention Country along with other details.
