Approved H1B - Ever used nor went for stamping - Is it valid after 6 yrs

Hi Anil,

I have an approved H1 petition in 2014 and not stamped ever used past 6 yrs .
Is it possible to use this approved H1 copy? Is it valid ? Can I file as cap exempt ?
