I created a DS160 form but did not submit it. Paid visa appointment fee using that application number. Did not edit or submit form for more than 30 days. Can I submit new DS160 form and take that to dropbox or visa interview? Or do I need pay for the fee and then try to book a slot with new DS160 form?
