Can I join New employer with H1B approval email?

Hi Anil,

My attorney received below email for H1B approval. Can I join based on this email (also USCIS status says approved) or do I need to wait for the hard copy of approval notice?

Assuming, this is an H1B transfer, you can join on the basis of H1B receipt itself.

If your concern is that you want to join only after approval, then yes, you can join now as you can see the approval online on USCIS case status website.

Yes, this is about transfer.

Based on the email which attorney has received ,the approval will have I94 or without I94.

I don’t know if i94 number was available in the email or not as you have 'x’ed it out.

In the mail it has I94 but consular access was blank.

I was trying to check if the hard copy of approval notice will have with I94 or without I94

If the email has the i94 number, then the chances are high that it got approved with new i94.
