Here is my situation : I partially filled a DS 160 and used its confirmation number to schedule an H1B dropbox appointment. I then forgot to complete it within 30 days. So now I have the appointment but not submitted DS 160. Can I start and submit a new DS 160 with still having the apointment? Thanks
Yes you can. After submitting the new DS 160, make sure you update it on the CGI portal and print new appointment letter with that number.
