Can i travel outside country while my H4 EAD is under processing?

Hi,
Can I travel outside country while my H4 EAD is processing?
I have my approved H4 Visa stamped on my passport till Oct 2024 and I also have my recent H4 I797 document with a validity till April 2025.

Wanted to know if I can travel while my H4EAD is under processing with a valid H4 visa stamp and also a valid H4 document. I got the receipt stating my case status number and all.

Please advise.
