Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview

Hey Anil,

I filed my I-485 Marriage based in Feb 4th and still haven’t received the EAD. I did receive RFE two times and successfully answered their queries. Now, on sept 24th, I see that my status online shows Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview, but no date yet.

Could you please let me know if I will receive the EAD? or what would happen next? How much time it will take them to provide the interview date?

The interview date varies by each USCIS location based on their workload at that center. We cannot really say how much time it will take.

You should receive EAD if you filed an application on form i765 along with your i485.
