489 visa does allow family sponsorship.
so my cousin sister can sponsorā¦ Will i get invite only if there is a requirement in that territoryā¦ or she can sponsor for any region? Sorry it may be a stupid question.

Adding to the above, my EOI was filed for 262112 ICT Security Specialist on April 4th 2019 for 189 with 70 points and on April 3rd 2019 for 190 NSW with 75 points. Any idea, when can I expect an invite in the current scenario?
I understand for State Sponsorship, we cannot predict, right?

The chances are low for a 189 invite with 70 points. It may improve in July 2019 based on how many applications are pending in 262112 ICT Security Specialist.
It is difficult to say anything about state invites as they do not share any data.

I have submitted EOI Subclass 189 and 190(NSW) with 70 points excluding state points for ICT Security Specialist (Non-pro rata) on 13th May 2019 . Is there any chances of getting invitation further?
The invite with 70 points will get tougher now with reduced quota for 189. I will have more to share once July draw happens.
You may get a state 190 visa invite based on your jobās demand in that state.

The chances of invite with 65 points are very low for 262112 at this time. I suggest to increase points to at-least 75 to have any realistic chance.

I have 75 points and I would be filing my EOI today. By when should I expect the ITA. Also, for state nomination only Victoria is the option available as of no which would bring my points to 80. Will that help in increasing the possibility of getting the invite earlier.
