Chances of retrogression for Eb3 in 2022

My priority date is Apr 2013, My new perm approved with New employer. Employer ready to File 140 in EB3. My Question is should I file in Premium or Regular processing (concerned with Money - 2500$) As i have pay 485 expenses as well.

If I delay by regular process, Will there be any chance of retrogression for EB3 in coming months.

This is for you to decide. With the current situation and your PD being current in EB3, I would to PP if I were you.

This is hard to say and will depend on how much visas will be wasted by USCIS.
