Change of Status (H1-H4-H1?)

I am currently on H1B and planning to move to H4. I am moving to different state. Due to this I have to resign my present job, hence moving to H4 to maintain status.

If I find new job in the place where I am moving, Can my employer file H1B again. How to go about my H4 application?

Thanks Anil. I had read that link. But little confused. Here is my status

  1. Currently on H1B.
  2. Attorney Files H4 Change of Status
  3. I find job with employer who is willing to file H1B again while my H4 COS is pending.

Any pointers on my options. If I read your document correct, you are mentioning the case, where H4 COS has been approved.
