I have my H4 visa appointment scheduled in Ottawa, Canada in October 2022. There is a chance that I will be able to get my status changed from H4 to H1b before that. Could I still keep and appointment and go for H1B instead of H4 if I file new DS-160 with correct details? I held H1B before changing to H4 in 2021.
