Can we submit documents at any VAC location instead of appointment scheduled location?
For example, appointment scheduled at New Delhi but can I submit documents at Mumbai VAC?
You should be able to select any dropbox location. They charge a fee if the selected location is not attached to the embassy you have selected.

Hi, I was not aware of this. Is it okay if I go ahead and change the document delivery information? Do I need to make any other changes on CGI or DS 160?
No need to change anything. You can go to consulate directly on the appointment date and time. I recently done this.
