Earliest entry into the US?

I have a student visa and as per my I-20, my:

Earliest admission date: 25-Jul 2021;
Program start date: 24-Aug 2021
Start of classes: 30-Aug 2021

Can I enter the US on 27-July 2021?

You can enter any day within 30 days of the start of your semester.

There is no semester start date. There is either a program start date (induction) or start of classes.
What you take as semester start date?

I meant to say you can enter within 30 days of your program start date.
