Hi my PD is July 2012 should I downgrade now in July or wait for October? This is very stressful with the new data for waste. Did I miss my chance or can I still get GC before September 2022

Go with EB3 downgrade and file I-140 & 485 concurrently. You should have done this October last year.

Did you get your i140 approved?

No not yet. They appear to be really struggling with processing times.

Thanks, the processing time is what making me worrying about the downgrade

I upgraded it to PP and it was approved within days.
