Eb2 NIW for Nebraska

Hi Anil,

My USCIS received date is 4th jan,2019 and center is Nebraska. I have seen that 3rd JAN2019 for EB2 NIW has approved form your update.

But in trackit.com there is not a single case approved from December. And I haven’t received any letter as of yet.

Could you please let me know where do you get the updates from.

Is there any recent case applied in January’19 got approval ? I am really worried . Thanks in advance for your response.

Hi Ne Ta, My received date is Jan 15th. Case received status still. Have you heard back yet?

@ Anil: Hi Anil, my case for EB-2 NIW is being processed at Nebraska center with case received date of Jan 15th. I was supposed to start working on July 1st, but since there are no updates from P-NIW application, my start date is potentially Aug 1st (provided the case is approved by then. What is your prediction on when my case will be approved?
