My PD is March 2015. I-140 was with old employer which got merged to current company. My current employer is now filing EB2 I-140 as successor in interest. Should I let them file in EB2 (and wait to downgrade if EB3 becomes current later) or should I ask them to file in EB3?
If they file in EB3, will I lose my spot in the EB2 queue?
Because your PD is March 2015, I would do EB3 if I were you however finally it is your choice.
No, you PD can be ported to EB3.
