EB2 to EB3 Downgrade with Pending EB3 I140 , but EB2 is current now as Oct21

Downgrade EB2 to EB3 request / I485 Filled: 29 Oct 2020
EB3 I-140 filled : July 2021
Fingerprinting done L June 2021
Processing Center: Texas

As per Oct 2021 Visa bulletin , my EB2 is eligible to file , What all my options to ask USCIS to use previously filled I-485 to use under EB2 ?

You can file new I485 using EB2 I140 but it will anyways delay the overall processing as you will be pushed back in the line.
Just upgrade the current EB2 to EB3 I140 downgrade to premium processing and you have better chance of getting GC faster rather than doing new 485.
