Hi Anil,

My visa has ” EXCEPTED FROM OR NOT SUBJECTED TO PP 10052” notation.

Please let me know if need NIE to travel to USA

No need for NIE if your visa have PP annotation.

You may send email to the consulate that issued the visa and have them confirm.
