He asked many questions I told as per LCA. One thing I did a mistake is I told him I work in hybrid mode. My home address is not listed in LCA. My home is just 3.5 miles away from my office address which is in LCA and also within same MSA. My employer immediately have taken steps and we posted LCA in my home address and issued Transfer memo. Is there a chance that I get NOIR for this? It has been 9 months since this happened.
