Generate HAP ID without passport information

Hey all, i am trying to generate HAP ID so i can get medicals done before applying for 189 visa. Looks like passport details is mandatory for HAP ID. Is there way around it. Have a 1 year old for whom we have not been able to apply for passport yet.

Should we get medicals done for other members of the family and have it done for the 1 year old later? Or should all of us just apply for 189 visa and wait to be asked for medicals?

Get the passport for the kid and then get medicals done.

Thanks. It will take at least 4 weeks for the passport to arrive. Deadline for submitting 189 PR is Feb 6th. Can the child’s passport details be added after submission?
