Green Card filing under EB2 or EB3, whats best!?

Need your expert advise.
I have an approved 1-140 with priority date of Feb 2015 under EB2 filing. and I have changed companies 3 years ago. My new employer is now willing to start my green card process and i would like to know if i should go for EB2 filing or the EB3 filing. I believe my priority date remains the same but whats the best category to get the EAD faster.

Its hard to predict due to the visa waste however I think EB3 has better chance to move faster under the date for filing chart.
