H1B Extension First time In USA

Hi @anil_am22 , @Kalpesh_Dalwadi

I have applied H1B Extension in September 2022 and still haven’t got any update. My petition will expire in March 2023.

It almost 5th month running and didn’t get update. Before march do we need to upgrade premium if we don’t get any update or can we continue to work after march as well?
Could you please confirm on this to proceed further.

Have you got the H1B extension receipt number?

Yes Anil, I received in September 2022. When I track with that number its showing “we are actively reviewing your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker”.
