I was laid off on March 31, 2023. A H1-B petition is filed and reached USCIS on May 25, 2023 and my start date with employer is also the same. But due to the lawyers missing a document, the application is sent back. My 60-day grace period ends on May 30, 2023. The H1 is filed again, but what would be the issue in this case?
What has your attorney suggested when he refiled it after the 60 day grace period?
They must have given some guidance.
