H4 approval required for H4 EAD extension? can I140 of previous employer valid be used for H4 EAD extension?

Hi Anil,

My spouse transferred to Employer B, H1 is approved(regular processing) texas service center, but H4 is still pending as they were filed seperately, Fingerprints is completed. Do I need H4 approval copy to apply for H4 EAD? or I can file for H4 EAD extension based on H1 approved copy?
Also can I use I140 of employer A approved beyond (180 days) > 6 years and valid still not revoked for H4 EAD extension as Employer B didn’t apply for PERM yet. Can I keep using the i140 of Employer A for H4 EAD extension even after multiple H1B transfers.

Thanks,
Anu

You need H4 approval copy or at-least the receipt of pending H4.

You can use old Employer’s i140.

Thank you Anil for response!
I do have H4 receipt still pending with USCIS, I can apply with H4 receipt.

I would like to use G-1450 form for authorizing credit card transaction using credit card for H4 EAD renewal.
Could you please let me know which of the below address I need to mail based on my spouse H1 receipt starting with SRC if I use credit card with form G-1450 to file application.
