I am currently in USA (valid H1B Visa Stamped till July’2021) and both my Spouse and Kid are in India now. Now, my Spouse has H4 Visa stamped till July’2021 but I am trying to get a Drop-box Appointment for my Kid in January’2021 but no luck yet. So, do I need to check-in everyday for availability or I am not sure how to proceed. Any suggestion would be really appreciated.

You may have to check everyday as appointments open and then are taken up quickly.
Thanks very much Anil - finally got the dropbox date for my son on 27th Jan’2021 @Kolkata location. Now, one small query - so if I (primary applicant H1B -valid H1B Visa Stamped till July’2021) travel to India now (last week of Jan’2021 - currently in USA) and get both my wife (already have H4 Visa stamped) and son (expecting Dropbox stamping by 1st week of Feb’2021) - back to USA (like 3rd week of Feb’2021) - will there be any concern ?
