H4 EAD Filing with only 10 months of H4 pending

Hi All,
I have recently received my I140 application approved and my current H1B is valid until Nov 2022. My spouse’s H4 is also valid until that. If I apply her I-765 application for EAD, what is the possibility that it will be approved before H4 expires. Is it advisable to wait and apply her I-765 along with the H1B and H4 extension together ?

You will probably apply H1b extension in April 2022. My suggestion is to apply H4 + EAD along with it.

In my case, my spouse H4 was expiring in Apr 2022, and applied first time EAD in Jul 2021 after my i140 approved. Luckily EAD got approved in October 2021.
