My H4 and H4 ead extension was filled on Vermont service center on 22nd December ,with H1B premium processing and received receipt notices . I 94 is expiring on January 8th . What is the current processing speed , Is there a way that I can make use of the automatic 540 days extension? Does going to India for H4 stamping an advisable option?
If the approvals doesnt happends , is it better to go on unpaid leave or do I need to exit and rejoin?
