H4 & H4 EAD Question

My spouse left USA and went to India on emergency on 1st week of May, 2022. While she is at India her H4 & H4 EAD got approved on 2nd week of May, 2022.

She has carrying an expired H4 Visa and planning to go for stamping in India. I have couple of questions regarding H4 Visa stamping. Can you please help me to guide in right direction.

1. Can she schedule Visa stamping appointment with her H4 approval which **she received on 2nd week Of May
   P:S - Asking this as her H4 got approved 2nd week of May, 2022 while she is India.

2. Can she schedule Visa stamping appointment with Primary applicant H1B Visa Approval copy ?

3. Once she will be back to USA does her H4 EAD will be valid or do we need to re-apply H4 EAD again ?

FYI - She has plan to stay in for next 2 -3 months.

H4 dependent do not need their I-797 for visa stamping, rather they should use the copy of primary H1B I-797 with other H4 supporting documents.

Once she will be back to USA does her H4 EAD will be valid or do we need to re-apply H4 EAD again ?

EAD will remain valid throughout it’s validity period provided H1B and H4 are in a valid status, no need to reapply.
