H4 RFE - Maintenance of status

Hi,

I applied for H4 COS for my wife (she was on h1), and received RFE for maintenance of status:

MAINTENANCE OF STATUS : NON-IMMIGIRANT WORKER
Regulations require that nonimmigrants establish that they have maintained their previously accorded
status up to the date of filing an application for a change of status or extension of stay.

They are asking your wife to prove that she was maintaining H1B till the date she applied for H4.

She should share her H1B pay stubs to prove maintenance of status.
