Team couple of questions regarding the H4 interview.

  1. Can I go for standalone h4 interview before my spouse [who will be in India at the time of my interview] but with a later interview date ?
  2. Can I [H4 visa] come back to US without my spouse [who is on h1 visa ] ?
  3. I have already applied for H4 + H4 EAD Extension in USA, but going for H4 stamping to speed up the process. Do I need to apply for EAD extension again? I saw in redbus2us and some FB comments that I dont need to re-apply.

Yes. Did you check if you qualify for IW?

Yes if your spouse is already on a valid H1B status in the US.

You dont need to reapply for EAD.

Just to confirm with you that I have applied H4 and H4 EAD together. Does this still hold true ?
