Hi Anil,

My Spouse and I both are having valid US visa(H1-B & H4) and trying to get a list of documents for H4 visa stamping for my new born .
we got to know that No interview is required in this case and we can just schedule an appointment to drop the documents in the dropbox.

Here the are the documents which is required to carry

  1. Child birth certificate .
  2. DS-160 confirmation page
  3. one photograph of child.
  4. attested copy of Parent(s) Passport and visa page

Query:

  1. do i need to carry original/copy of i-797,i129 along with these documents.
  2. is it mandatory for parent(s) to go for this appointment? or any agent or friend can go on behalf of us.
