H4EAD and with pending H1 RFE status - employer change

Hi,
I am working for employer A on H4EAD status. I have pending H1B with employer A ( picked up in lottery and RFE is the latest status but never approved and I was never on H1 status in the past).
If I join my client as full time on EAD and later my H1B approves with old employer A. What are possible options.

Note: My new employer is not interested to sponsor visa.

Your question is incomplete and vague.

H4 EAD does not have any restrictions. H1B process can run in parallel.
