Need a clarification on below kindly help us

My spouse on H1B and she has approved i140 with us. She is on grace period now and she is doing H1B transfer with new employer. I have approved H4 & H4 EAD till October 2025 .

Do I need to apply H4 transfer along with her H1B transfer ?

If so , Do I need to apply H4 EAD transfer along with H1B and H4 transfer?

You don’t need to file H4 as it has longer validity. File H4 extension before 6 months of its expiry.
