Hi Anil,

My H-1B max out date currently is in March 2020. My PERM was filed on July 20th. I just got my PERM for audit requesting documents from employer and the attorney plans to submit the response mostly by end of December. If i recapture my holidays i might get 2 more months of time till May 15th. I however suspect if the PERM will be approved by then. Could you please let me know what options i have? I really appreciate your response. Thanks

@Anil.Gupta - Hi Anil. I am in a similar situation, my PERM was filed in July 2019 and got Audit in Oct. 2019. My employer has submitted the audit response, not aware of what was asked and what was sent in the response. My current H1B is valid until Sep 2020.

When should I expect for a response (Approval) for this ?
