I 130 - why the uscis processing time is moving backward?

Hey I’m a U.S citizen and I applied for my wife to come over her date for approval is March 25. But every time I look at processing times it goes Feb 01 to Feb 27 then back to Feb 01 then to Feb 20 then back down to Feb 06 does anyone know why they are doing that?
