I-140 RFE 2021- how long to receive notice?

Hi, I upgraded my I-140 to premium recently and got RFE on 05/17. Attorneys still havent received the notice from USCIS. How long is it taking these days to receive the I-140 RFE notice from USCIS? I saw similar post from 2019 and Anil mentioned that it is 7-21 days. Is it still the case or do we have any updates based on recent case history? Thanks in advance.

Just to be vigilant, open a case online if you don’t receive by end of this week.
