I-824 Processing time

Missing I797A from employer (as per them they never received the approval notice of H1B. The potential risk of termination if I-824 is not approved and duplicate I797A is received by 240 days to validate I-9 form. Since I-824 processing time in Nebraska Service Center is 9.5 months to 16 months what are the options I have to get I-797A before August-22 or earlier?

Does anybody experience the same situation?

I am not sure if there is any other option than to just wait.

Hi! I am in the same boat as you, did you apply for I-824? I have heard the wait time to receive it is at least 6 months.
