I140 transfer to new employer

Hi,

I am changing my H1 employer , I already have my i140 approvd with my current employer (priority date 2015), do i need to ask my new emplyer to file my green card application again? what will be the process of i140 transfer to new employer so I don’t loose my priority date…

Yes your new employer will need to start the GC process from scratch starting from PERM.

There is no transfer of I140 but yes you can port your PD when the new employer will file your I140.
