Do you know anyone in your circle who got EAD/parole already for EB2-EB3 downgrade applications and possible time frame for those who applied by the end of Dec. 2020 as we did.
Are you filing for premium processing of i-140, I heard that premium processing is also taking 3 months to get processed?

Glad that you got your receipts. I heard Nebraska is processing faster, is sending out ead/ap cards without biometrics(my husband already got it). I did not hear of any ead/ap approvals for refilers though… might take another month or so probably.
Our employer is not doing PP for i140, so we just have to wait.
You may Join the telegram group if interested, lot of folks have done PP and got their approvals recently.
