I765 - No Last Name for Mother and Father

Hello. Thanks for the inputs.

I am planning to apply H4 EAD for my Spouse, who all needs SSN. In I-765 form, we have places to fill Father and Mother’s First and Last Name. Spouse passport does not have Last name of her Mother and Father. How to enter the names in I-765 form.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
