Implications of Trump travel ban on Cap exempt H1B

Hi Anil

Cap exempt H1B was filled from India in May 2020 and is currently under processing . What are the implications on it due to the current EO ? Will it be kept on hold until the ban ends and later processed or will it be processed normally ?

You can file H1B extension and it will be approved. There is no hold on filing petitions with USCIS.
