I have an existing B1/B2 Visa valid till May 2022. This was issued in UAE where I was residing earlier and now I have settled back to India. I have filled up DS 160 form online and also paid the fees. While scheduling the appointment on the UStraveldocs.com site, I have answered the few questions asked by portal and got the message that I am eligible for an interview waiver. Further to that on site it was mentioned that Appointments not available and upon calling to Mumbai consulate they informed that I need to try daily once or twice to get this appointment which will be an appointment for submission of the document.
My query is what about biometrics and photos? my form said PHOTO WILL BE TAKEN AT ASC and did not get an option to upload digital.
my last visa was issued in Dubai and at that time I don’t remember if there was any biometric taken.
so if I have to give a biometric can it be given at the Ahmedabad VFS processing centre along with the application?
