Well, then, in the absence of information, i can also say that you can file H1B transfer as I had mentioned to other person that you have shared screen shot for.
But, a lot will depend on why USCIS revoked it.

i am from india and my h1b visa was approved in 2016 and it got expired in 2018.Visa was never stamped (never travelled usa).I left the organization which sponsored.Can i still get it transferred being in india?
If yes is there expiry for this petition before which i will need to get it transfered as i heard its valid for lifetime but not sure about this.
