Lost I140 approval notice(original hard copy) for h1b stamping(extension)

Hi @anil_am22 ,

Looks like I’ve misplaced the I140 approval notice(original hard copy) and am unable to find it.

But I do have a soft copy of it, is it enough for h1b stamping(extension)?
If not, what’s the fastest way to get another original copy of it

Only your employer can get the original i140 from USCIS.

Thanks, @anil_am22, but do we need the original i140 document for h1b stamping? or a copy of it is sufficient.

Okay looks like employers only share copies of it, they keep the originals. Just spoke to the company’s immigration team. Sorry for the confusion
