Minor passport - where both parent need to signed .- URGENT

In orignial application form on last page its saying “if applicant is minor either parent to sign”. But VFS mandatory checklist saying “Minor applicant below 5 years may put left thumb
impression on the space provided. Both parents should sign on the last page of the application.
Both parents must sign on page 4 of the online application form below the minor’s signature/thumb
Impression”.

Can you please let me know where I need to sign on last page (in the box) or in the box minor thumb impression and below we parent need to sign ? Or as per application only one parent can sign in the box ?
