Mismatch in Skill set letters which submitted as part of the PERM

Hi All,
I have below Mismatches in PERM and Experience letters.

  1. My name Mentioned in perm as Venkata Siva Naga , but in Experience letter it mentioned as VSN .
  2. In another Experience letter they gave me role as Tech-Lead but in PERM I mentioned as Software Developer (as per my H1B petition of prev employer)

Please comment on this, if it create I140 RFE I would go with Affidavit process.
