My wife I94 Expired. Applying for H4 Extension with NPT

Hi ajith could you please share ur info about extension after I-94 expired I don’t have idea about I-94 expiration it’s been a year.

Hi guys,

My spouse is also in similar suituation. Here H4 visa and I-94 expired on june 19th, 2022 and I have my H1B validity untill January, 2023. We got a new born missed the I-94 extension filling. What options do we have?

Should we need file H4 extension with NPT?
